General Hospital Recap: Sonny Sleeps with Turner, Charlotte Kisses Danny and More
There were some major developments on the Tuesday, March 3 episode of General Hospital. Justine (Nazneen Contractor) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) agreed to spend one night together, Jason (Steve Burton) shared some news with Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) asked Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) for clarification on their relationship status, Carly (Laura Wright) took advantage of an opportunity with Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Curtis (Donnell Turner) made a generous offer to Portia (Brook Kerr) just as Jordan (Tanisha Harper) suspected she might be expecting, and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) came to the rescue of a pregnant stranger in danger. Keep on reading for the full rundown.
Safe Keeping
Jenz caught Marco taking Britt’s medication out of the safe in his study. Covering the fact that he was trying to sneak out a dose to give to Lucas, Marco claimed he was going to administer the dose even though it was Pascal’s turn, since Britt didn’t like the butler. Declaring that Britt didn’t call the shots, Sidwell locked the medication back up. Carly then arrived, having been invited by Sidwell. Sidwell turned around and asked Marco to give them privacy. Once alone, Sidwell asked Carly to help him plan a dinner party for Marco and Lucas. Carly cited several reasons why she wasn’t comfortable with this, namely that Jack Brennan is her boyfriend and Jenz has been the focus of WSB investigations. Insisting he’d cleaned up his act and now existed peacefully with the WSB in Port Charles, Jenz told her to invite Jack, so Carly agreed to help him. However, before they could pick a date, Jenz received a phone call and stepped into the hallway. Left alone, Carly started poking around the study and eventually found a safe hidden behind one of the paintings.

Pregnant Pause
While out on a romantic walk, Brook Lynn and Chase spotted a heavily pregnant woman unconscious on the sidewalk. Once they woke her up, the woman, Delilah, refused medical attention, claiming she’d passed out from low blood sugar. But when she screamed out in pain as the couple was about to escort the out-of-towner back to her hotel, Delilah agreed to let Chase and Brook Lynn bring her to the hospital to get checked out since she was only seven months along.
Suspecting she might be pregnant, Jordan asked Britt to run a test, but when the doctor got called to check on a patient before she could do so, Jordan said she’d pick up a test at the pharmacy. Elsewhere at G.H., Elizabeth gave Lucas flak about still living at Wyndemere. Calling her overprotective, Lucas declared he could look out for himself and added that he and Marco would be moving out soon, anyway. Then, he asked how Elizabeth’s Valentine’s Day had gone with Ric, and teased her when she said it had been nice and walked away to avoid answering any further questions. Later, Marco showed up to tell Lucas that he’d almost gotten a syringe of Britt’s medication, but his father had caught him. Since he quickly covered, Marco didn’t think Jenz was on to them, but he did think it was odd that Carly stopped by for a private meeting with his dad.

Brook Lynn and Chase then arrived at the hospital with Delilah. As Lucas instructed Elizabeth to page Britt, the terrified mom-to-be asked Brook Lynn to accompany her to the trauma room. Entering Delilah’s room with Britt, Lucas gave Dr. Westbourne an update on the patient’s lab results, and as the OB/GYN examined her, Delilah tightly grabbed Brook Lynn’s hand. While administering an ultrasound, Britt thought she might be able to stop labor, but then she detected internal bleeding and asked if Delilah had any recent trauma to her abdominal area. As Lucas and Elizabeth shared a concerned look, Delilah screamed that something was wrong before passing out again. Elizabeth quickly escorted a worried Brook Lynn out of the room, and Britt determined that an emergency C-section was needed or Delilah would lose the baby.
Meanwhile, back in the waiting area, patient advocate Felicia asked Chase to help her fill out Delilah’s intake forms, but he shared he didn’t know much about her since she’d claimed she was visiting from out of town. Approaching them, Brook Lynn told Chase how Delilah had passed out and fretted that she was scared for the woman and the baby.

Making Moves
After telling Lucy he’d changed his mind about selling the house, Curtis offered to sign over his half of the family home to Portia so she could raise the baby there. At first, she refused, but he said it was the least he could do after he’d made it so difficult for her to tell him the truth, and he wanted both Trina and the new baby to call the house home. Moved, portia was grateful for his admission and accepted. Once Curtis left, Portia called Isaiah and asked him to stop by.
After leaving Portia, Curtis dropped by Jordan’s condo, where, moments before, she’d stashed the pregnancy test box in her purse before answering the door. Curtis explained to Jordan that he was giving the house to Portia so she could raise the baby there, and marveled that he couldn’t believe he was about to become a father again. Smiling tightly, Jordan looked across the room to the pregnancy test sticking out of her purse, then asked Curtis to move in with her.

The Great Debate
As Tracy and Jason were reprimanding Danny for the mess he’d left behind in the gatehouse, Alexis arrived and added that, because the school couldn’t get reach Jason, she’d received a call that the teen had skipped class for the sixth time. As punishment, Jason told Danny he was banned from using the gatehouse for two months — after he’d cleaned it to Tracy’s standards — and there was no more cutting school. After Danny left to meet up with a friend, Alexis and Tracy both told Jason he’d gone too easy on his son. In response, he told them that he was in the process of updating his will. He needed to appoint a guardian for Danny and wanted their feedback. The women then began bickering over whether Danny should live with Alexis (since Scout already was, anyway) or stay at the Quartermaine estate (since he was also Monica’s grandson and the mansion was already his home), but were in agreement that Jason should definitely not name Carly as Danny’s guardian.
Alexis urged Jason to take Sam’s wishes that Scout and Danny be together into account when making his final decision, and Tracy wanted him to consider that Monica would have loved it if Scout and Danny lived at the house. Thanking them for their input, Jason promised to let them know as soon as he decided. Once Alexis left, Tracy asked Jason what kind of trouble he was in that he suddenly needed to name a guardian for his son, but Jason deflected by saying he didn’t know what she meant before walking away.

As Good As It Gets
Charlotte sneaked out to meet Danny at the park. He shared that he’d talked to his dad about their kiss, and Jason suggested he check in with her to make sure she’d been okay with it. Replying that it had been a good surprise, Charlotte revealed that it made her realize she’d wanted to kiss him for a while. But while it had been a “perfect” first kiss, Charlotte didn’t think they should date because of their friendship with Rocco and the situation with her dad. If her dad needed to go on the run, she added, she was going with him. Then, when Charlotte stated they should pretend their kiss never happened, Danny declared that wasn’t what he wanted, and she reluctantly revealed that she didn’t want to do that, either — then leaned over to kiss him. Once the teens broke apart, Charlotte said she had to get back home before her mother realized she was gone, and Danny made her promise to let him know if she ended up going on the run with her dad.

Just One Night
When Justine called Sonny out for having ulterior motives in pursuing her, he accused her of trying to get close to him to obtain evidence she could use against him, but then confided that he was past all that. Once they settled in at the bar, Sonny revealed that he had cultivated a personal relationship with her, so she’d be compromised if it came to prosecuting him or anyone in his family. Acknowledging that she knew exactly what Sonny had been doing, Justine added she was hoping he’d let his guard down and slip up, but at some point, he stopped being a criminal in her eyes and became someone she cared about. Sonny replied that he liked her very much, but when he said he’d like to kiss her, Justine pointed out that giving in to their attraction would blow up both of their lives: being intimate with someone with his criminal ties would ruin her chances of becoming the permanent D.A., and Sonny’s business associates would assume he was feeding her information and kill him. Even though they both had a lot to lose, Sonny proposed they just spend one night together. Giving in to their attraction, they kissed passionately.

Are Sonny and Justine going to be able to walk away after their one-night stand? Would Tracy or Alexis make a better guardian for Danny? Will Delilah and her baby survive? Share your theories about GH in the comments below!
