Days of our Lives Spoilers Promo Video: A Triangle, A Tragedy and A Trap

A Triangle

In the promo video for the week of January 20 on Days of our Lives, spoilers video opens up with Alex and Joy having a heart-to-heart talk about what is happening between them. “I do really like spending time with you,” says Alex, as we see him place an arm around her on the hospital set while the two are at work on Body and Soul. The scene then cuts to the Brady Pub, where Joy tells someone, “I’m seeing Alex now.” The scene then shifts back to the hospital, where Stephanie, who recently dumped a lying Philip, witnesses a close moment between Alex and Joy. “I wasn’t really ready to end things between us,” Stephanie tells a surprised Alex. She adds, “I miss you,” and it’s obvious that Alex now has a lot to think about.

A Tragedy

Marlena is at the Brady Pub and she’s telling Steve, “My granddaughter is missing.” As she says that we see Kristen and Brady hugging, trying to comfort each other about their daughter’s disappearance. “Where is she,” asks a desperate Kristen. Shawn is at the Salem Police Station where he is telling the district attorney, his ex-wife Belle, “A little girl was hit by a car. Her description matches Rachel’s.” Belle takes the news hard about her niece. “I’m never going to see my daughter again,” cries a worried Kristen as Brady looks on helplessly.

A Trap

Bonnie is looking at her phone as she turns to head into the empty elevator shaft and falls. Alex, who was just turning the corner, tried in vain to get his stepmother’s attention and stop the accident from happening but is too late. “I’m not so sure my wife’s fall was an accident,” explains Justin to a shocked Jada. Will the police commissioner launch an investigation? She should as we see someone dressed in black draw an “X” over Bonnie’s headshot.
