Bold and Beautiful Recap: Luna Sleeps With Will!

Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) devious plan came together in the August 21 episode of Bold and Beautiful when she finally slipped between the sheets with the object of her affection — Will (Crew Morrow)! Here’s how it all went down.

Ignorance Is Bliss

Having learned that Forrester was throwing a party at Il Giardino to celebrate Will and Toni’s promotions, Luna disguised herself and sneaked into the restaurant. While “helping” the bartender, she made sure that Will’s vodka sodas were made with 180-proof liquor so that he would get super-wasted. As the party wound down, Electra (Laneya Grace) went home, and Will wanted to go after her, but Deacon (Sean Kanan) insisted that he sleep it off in the spare room upstairs. Taking the Venetian mask that Electra had been wearing all evening, Luna slipped into the dark room and eyed the unconscious young man. “Tonight’s the night, Will,” she declared ominously.

Back home at the Forrester mansion, Electra filled Ivy in on the party and shared that Will had wanted to continue celebrating, just the two of them. She admitted that she was ready to take their relationship to the next level, but given how drunk he was, neither of them would have wanted this to be their first time. Electra beamed as she gushed about their special connection and wanting their first time to be special. “Tonight was not the night,” she declared. Ivy was delighted that her niece had found happiness with a great guy, especially after everything that had happened with Remy.

Electra reported that she’d told Will that they would spend the night together soon, perhaps even tomorrow night. Gushed Electra, “I mean, the way he’s been so patient and he’s waited for me makes me love him even more.” Ivy assured Electra that Will was likely just as nervous about their first time and was happy to see her niece had a good head on her shoulders. After Ivy went upstairs to bed, Electra sat down on a bench, lost in thought about Will and their love.

Cleaning Up

With the guests gone and the staff cleaning up, Deacon and Sheila debriefed about the successful party. He worried about how much Will had to drink and remarked that he’d had to stop him from going after Electra. Intrigued, Sheila wondered if the couple had argued, but Deacon said he just didn’t want Will making a fool of himself, given the state he was in. When he mentioned that he’d put Will in the spare room upstairs, Sheila grew concerned but tried to cover. She fretted that he should have just sent him home, but Deacon assured her he’d texted Katie to let her know where her son was and that he was fine.

During the conversation, Deacon also brought up Luna and the trouble she’d caused, then quickly apologized. Continuing to keep Luna’s status a secret, Sheila lamented that her granddaughter wouldn’t be causing anyone any trouble anymore. He declared he was going upstairs to take a shower and promised Sheila a hot night if she joined him later — and brought one of the masks. After he’d gone, Li called to check in, and Sheila said she hadn’t seen Luna anywhere. She insisted that she probably just went to stretch her legs, but Li refused to calm down because if anyone saw Luna, she’d wind up back in prison.

Mistaken Identity

In the spare room, Will rolled over in bed and, through his drunken haze, saw Luna wearing the mask and assumed it was Electra. “You came back,” he slurred as he pulled her towards him. As they kissed, Will pulled off his clothes, and soon Luna did the same, joining him in bed. “Electra,” he whispered as she stifled a chuckle. “You’ve been so patient,” Luna purred. “Tonight’s the night.”

The pair kissed passionately, but when Will tried to remove her mask, she quickly pushed his hand away. As they were making love, Electra texted: “I love you so much. Can’t wait for tomorrow night.” Rolling around in the sheets with Will, Luna grabbed his phone, saw the message, and quickly turned it face down so he wouldn’t see. Eventually, she let him remove the mask, and they continued making love in the dark.
