BETTY WHITE TO BE HONORED

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences will be presenting a Lifetime Achievement Award to sitcom legend Betty White (ex-Ann, B&B) during the April 26 broadcast of the Daytime Emmys. White is also known well known for her frequents appearances on game shows through the decades (she is the widow of PASSWORD emcee Allen Ludden) and was the first female recipient of the Emmy for Outstanding Game Show Host in 1983 for her show, JUST MEN.
