Before his exit in 1991, Bryce received two Daytime Emmy Award nominations in the Outstanding Lead Actor category in 1986 and 1987. The actor returned to ATWT to reprise the role of Craig from 1993-94 and again from 2007-08. In 2006, he appeared on the ABC soap One Life to Live as psychiatrist Dr. Ed Crosby.
Bryce’s extensive resume also included roles on prime time series like The Facts of Life, Murphy Brown, L.A. Law, and Popular. In recent years, he could be seen in episodes of The Blacklist, Blue Bloods, and Law & Order.
In 2025, Bryce was diagnosed with Stage 3 esophageal and stomach cancer.
Bryce is survived by his wife, Jodi, and their son, Jackson.
