Is General Hospital Going To Be on Over the Thanksgiving Holiday?
Unfortunately for GH fans, the soap is being preempted by ABC both on Thursday and Friday for sports. Which means that there will be no new episodes on either day, so there’s no reason to go looking for them on ABC.com or Hulu, because they won’t be there. We’ll all have to wait until next week to find out if the Quartermaines are having pizza again this year.
Is Young and Restless Going To Be on Over the Thanksgiving Holiday?
CBS will not be airing any new episodes of Y&R at the end of the week. However, fans who enjoyed watching Danny and Christine’s recent wedding can look forward to flashing back to the couple’s Hawaiian nuptials as the network will be airing that episode from November 16, 1990, on Thanksgiving. Then, on Friday, the soap will be fully preempted for CBS sports coverage.
Is Bold and Beautiful Going To Be on over the Thanksgiving Holiday?
Like Y&R. its sister soap, B&B will not be new on either Thursday or Friday. On Thanksgiving, fans can tune in to an encore presentation of the October 27, 2023, episode where the fashion showdown between Eric and Ridge took place, with special guests Marie Osmond and Y&R’s Kate Linder (Esther) and Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren). Then, on Friday, the soap will be preempted for college football.
Is Days of Our Lives Going To Be on Over the Thanksgiving Holiday?
Ever since DAYS began streaming exclusively on Peacock, it has not been affected by network preemptions, and this Thanksgiving will be no exception. Fans can look forward to new episodes on both Thursday and Friday as the families of Salem gather to celebrate Thanksgiving. Of course, because the soap is streaming on demand, viewers can watch whenever it is most convenient to their own holiday plans.
Is Beyond the Gates Going To Be on Over the Thanksgiving Holiday?
CBS’s newest daytime drama will actually be taking three days off this week. BTG will be airing repeats on both Wednesday and Thursday, and will be preempted on Friday. So fans will have to wait five whole days to find out what happens after the Tuesday cliffhanger.
While DAYS fans will have uninterrupted drama, everyone else can enjoy their Thanksgiving holiday knowing that the drama will pick back up on Monday, December 1, right where it left off on Wednesday, November 26 (or Tuesday, November 25 for BTG). And because there are no new episodes airing on network television on those days, there will be no new episodes to find streaming on Hulu, Paramount+, ABC.com, or CBS.com.
