What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at the studio? “Every day requires a coffee stop!”
Whose dressing room do you hang out in the most and why? “Mostly mine, but the community spot is our makeup and hair department.”
What’s the last thing you do before you head to set? “El baño! Never wanna be stuck and Mother Nature calls!”
What is your favorite set and why? “It’s called Burbank/DAYS studio. Because it’s a day of work and playtime with my castmates.”
Where is your favorite place to stash your script on set before scenes? “Nowhere special. Just toss it to the floor.”
What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at the studio? “First thing I do when I get to set is sign in ... It’s a must. Then I settle in and make my tea. I’m a tea addict.”
Whose dressing room do you hang out in the most and why? “I seem to always be knocking on Marci Miller’s [Abigail] door. We have the best conversations. I just love her soul. She’s captivating.”
What’s the last thing you do before you head to the set? “Before I head to set I do my daily affirmations/gratitude, words that lift me up. It grounds me as a human and strengthens me as an artist.”
What is your favorite set and why? “My favorite set would have to be the detective area/police station. It’s where Lani can be a badass. It’s her work and she’s so passionate about it.”
Where is your favorite place to stash your script on set before scenes? “I’m usually stashing my script wherever I can hide it but get to it quickly if needed, mostly drawers in the set area. Hee, hee: sneaky!”
What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at the studio? “Stop by wardrobe whether I have a fitting or
not to say hi to Richard Bloore, our costume designer.”
Whose dressing room do you hang out in the most and why? “My own. I love it because it has super-high ceilings with exposed ducting. It feels more like a loft. Thaao’s [Penghlis, Andre] room is on the other side of the wall with the open ceiling ... We can hear each other chewing gum.”
What’s the last thing you do before you head to the set? “Grab my glasses!”
What is your favorite set and why? “Patch and Kayla’s house. It is so pretty and bright. I love it!”
Where is your favorite place to stash your script on set before scenes? “Either in a nearby drawer or right on the edge of the set in front of me ... It’s my security blanket. I flip if it’s not close by.”
What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at the studio? “First thing after checking in is getting my wardrobe on and I head straight to makeup and hair. I want to always be prepared in case they need me earlier than expected. It’s happened more than once.”
Whose dressing room do you hang out in the most and why? “I’ll spend my days on set mostly in my scene partner’s room; this builds chemistry off-screen as well as on camera. Very important to learn mannerisms and lines with your partners. Freddie [Smith, Sonny] and Drake [Hogestyn, John] are my main go-tos.”
What’s the last thing you do before you head to the set? “I’ll review my lines, check my Instagram and check my fly. Then I’m up to the stage and on my mark!”
What is your favorite set and why? “Horton Town Square because one day they had the whole set dedicated to the welcoming of Paul Narita. It was an awesome day full of laughter and hard work and I’ll never forget it.”
Where is your favorite place to stash your script on set before scenes? “I throw my scripts on the floor just off set before they call action. It’s a lot of dialogue, so having that script tucked under your leg or nearby is imperative.”
What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at the studio? “I always sign in, light a candle and turn on some music ... usually Billie Holiday or Chet Baker or something of the like.”
Whose dressing room do you hang out in the most and why? “Probably Sal the most ... we like to gab. Or the makeup room, which could be considered the communal dressing room.”
What’s the last thing you do before you head to the set? “Touch-ups and/or high-five Billy Flynn [Chad].”
What is your favorite set and why? “Brady Pub is cool. Lots of details and history in that room.”
Where is your favorite place to stash your script on set before scenes? “Under pillows, in drawers, the floor, my purse....”
What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at the studio? “Have my morning banter with Stuart, our stage manager.”
Whose dressing room do you hang out in the most and why? “My own. It’s a man cave with a poorly constructed sectional within it. But the lighting is good.”
What’s the last thing you do before you head to the set? “I look in the mirror and say, ‘I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.’ ”
What is your favorite set and why? “The church. That set is indicative of a large cast presence, and gives me the chance to hang with folks I don’t customarily see.”
Where is your favorite place to stash your script on set before scenes? “A pillow. Where there is a pillow, there is a Brady Black script behind it.”
What’s the first thing you do when you arrive at the studio? “Go to my room and look at myself in the mirror.”
Whose dressing room do you hang out in the most and why? “I honestly hang out in my room the most, but I do follow other actors around the studio, begging them to rehearse.”
What’s the last thing you do before you head to the set? “Make sure I don’t have any boogies in my nose.”
What is your favorite set and why? “The DiMera Mansion. Because it’s a mansion!”
Where is your favorite place to stash your script on set before scenes? “In my scene partners’ hands so when the camera is on me, I can read my lines off the paper.”
