MELROSE PLACE vets Thomas Calabro (ex-Michael) and Vanessa Williams (ex-Rhonda) will appear on Season 4 of THE BAY. Williams will play Garrett’s crafty attorney Cleo Harris, and Calabro will play a mystery man. “MELROSE PLACE was one of the most iconic prime-time soaps on television and was known for its jaw-dropping scandals,” stated Creator/Writer/Executive Producer Gregori J.
