In 2004 on All My Children, Babe Carey Chandler (Alexa Havins) gave birth to Little Adam, her son with JR Chandler. Little Adam was born in a terrible storm, shortly after Bianca Montgomery gave birth to her baby girl, Miranda. Babe's devious ex, Paul Cramer, swapped the babies and gave Miranda to Babe (who called her Bess), while poor Bianca was led to believe her child had died. Meanwhile, Paul spirited the newborn back to Llanview, where he was illegally adopted by Kelly and Kevin Buchanan (on One Life to Live). Babe eventually recovered her son, and Bianca was reunited with Miranda.

In 2007, General Hospital's Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Greg Vaughan) remarried, even as Liz was keeping a major secret from her groom: the baby she was carrying was fathered by Jason Morgan, not by him. She's kind of a second life that I've lived; I'd go home and live my life at home and I'd go to work and live her little life. She's a huge part of me and I went on a lot of ups and downs as that character, so it was definitely a mourning process letting her go. It was hard. I really love and value the people who I work with, so to close the door on that chapter is not easy."

In 2017, Bold and Beautiful's Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wed in Australia.
