General Hospital’s Anna Declared Her Love For Valentin And Other Big Soap Moments From August 4

In 1983, Another World’s Blaine (Laura Malone) and Sandy (Christopher Rich), and Rachel (Victoria Wyndham) and Mac (Douglass Watson), said “I do” in a double ceremony. This was Mac and Rachel's third marriage, and the first of Mac's son Sandy to Blaine. The wedding was held on the Cory estate, with Brian escorting Rachel down the aisle and Blaine entering on the arm of her brother, Larry. Rachel was overjoyed when her son Jamie showed up unexpectedly. After the "I do's" were exchanged, Rachel's mother, Ada, happily declared, "At last!"

Sobbing and filled with rage, Sasha snapped and bashed in Smoltz's windshield with a metal pole. Brando showed up and tried to restrain her, but Smoltz ignored his pleas and called the cops. Sasha was promptly arrested by Dante, who arrived on the scene.

In 2023 on General Hospital, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) told Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) that she loved him for the first time. He had newly returned to town, and had an emotional reunion when he showed up to see her, with Anna running into his arms and kissing him. Valentin told Anna that he loved her, and she responded by saying, "I think this has taken me a long time to admit, even to myself, let alone say it out loud to you... I love you. I'm really glad you're home." They kissed again and fell back onto the sofa....
