Young and Restless’s Tamara Braun Offers Fans a Sneak Peek at Her New Role of Sienna Bacall
Just a week after it was announced that Tamara Braun would be making her debut in the October 14, 2025, episode of Young and Restless, the actress shared a video full of behind-the-scenes clips at the soap on her Instagram to give fans a glimpse of what’s to come. “A little BTS of the mysterious Sienna Bacall on Y&R,” Braun captioned her post. “It’s been a great September so far, and looking forward to what the next months have in store. Airing on October 14 on CBS. Looking forward to seeing ya there!”
Behind the Curtain
Given that the footage was shot during the ninth month of the year, it’s only natural that Braun would set the montage to Earth, Wind, & Fire’s classic “September.” It kicks off with a shot of the names of the actress and her character printed on the iconic Y&R logo, followed by a quick glimpse of an “on air” sign flashing above a plaque commemorating the William J. Bell Studio, where Y&R shot its 5,000th episode on October 29, 1992.
Braun follows that with a couple of mirror selfies from the makeup chair, then some shots of her showing off a taste of Sienna’s wardrobe, both in her dressing room and on the Y&R set. There’s also a selfie of the actress posing with Y&R costume designer Mandi Line. The clothes appear hip and trendy, befitting a character who is reportedly the owner of a club in Hollywood.
Braun also poses with Y&R publicist Matt Kane in front of a large Carol Burnett mural at the studio, tugging on her ear much as the iconic comedienne did in her show as a secret message to her mother. She also snapped some selfies with her new Genoa City co-star, Hayley Erin (Claire), who she also worked with on General Hospital when Erin was playing Kiki Jerome during Braun’s 2017-19 stint as Kim Nero on the ABC soap.
Braun closed out her video with a shot of the name plate on her reserved parking spot at the studio with a caption reminding fans of her first air date of October 14, 2025. “Thank you, Y&R, for the loveliest September welcome!” she enthused.
