Who Is General Hospital Star Cameron Mathison’s New Girlfriend? Meet Taelyr Robinson
General Hospital star Cameron Mathison (Drew) has found love again. Two years after announcing his split from wife Vanessa after 22 years of marriage, the actor has gone public with his romance with model, podcaster and former beauty queen Taelyr Robinson.
Meet Cameron Mathison’s New Girlfriend
Taelyr Robinson was crowned Miss Maryland USA in 2020 and competed in the Miss USA pageant that year. She began modeling as a child and has since appeared in campaigns for Target, CoverGirl, Bobbi Brown, Tarte Cosmetics, Lilly Pulitzer, and other major brands.
Robinson has also worked as a yoga teacher and co-hosts The Becoming Club, a podcast focused on personal growth and transformation. Mathison was a guest on the show earlier this year, where he opened up about some of the difficult experiences he has faced in recent years, from the end of his marriage to the death of his mother to the loss of his home in the 2025 California wildfires.
“We’ve been talking for a while now,” Mathison revealed in the episode, which went live on June 24.
In July, the pair separately shared photos on Instagram of their trip to the Grand Canyon, but did not post pictures together (although Mathison shared a video showing his new love from behind while the duo hiked). On a carousel of photos on Robinson’s account, Mathison wrote, “Nature girlie😍.”
Mathison first posted photos of Robinson to his Instagram photo grid on August 17 in a carousel of images of a family outing to LACMA, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, that also included his two children, Lucas, 23, and Leila, 20. “Making memories,” he wrote. In the comment section, Robinson wrote, “🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰,” to which Mathison replied, “❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
On August 25, Robinson made their relationship even more official on social media while celebrating Mathison’s 57th birthday. “Happy birthday, my love!” she wrote in her Instagram post. “Another year of being great at literally everything 😋😂💕.” Her sweet words accompanied several photos of the couple, along with a video of Mathison sweeping Robinson into his arms and them sharing a tender kiss. Mathison’s daughter wrote in the comments, “😊😊.”
Mathison reposted her message, which he set to the tune of the Beyoncé ballad “All Night,” to his own Instagram Stories.
That same day, Robinson shared a video of herself in the passenger seat of Mathison’s car in a since-expired Instagram story, which she captioned, “Going to work with the birthday boy!” “I’m on my way to the set of General Hospital with everyone’s favorite villain,” she says in the video. Mathison glances at her from the driver’s seat and teases, “I don’t know about favorite villain — maybe least favorite!” “Infamous,” Robinson suggests.
In May, Mathison opened up about his dating life following his divorce, noting that he had been active on dating apps — perhaps a little too active! — but had decided to pull back. “It was a bit much for me,” he admitted, acknowledging that he had also realized he was not yet ready for a long-term relationship. “I need time to heal and do my thing,” he mused.
