At the Blue Note, Theresa refused to believe that Ethan would take Jane away from her. Ethan again begged Theresa to end her feud with Gwen….
At her cottage, a livid Sheridan yelled at Luis for not believing her theory about Beth being evil. Luis tried to convince Sheridan that he loves her, but she pointed out that love has to do with trust, and he clearly doesn’t trust her. “You never back me up. You never give me the benefit of the doubt,” she pointed out. Then, she gave him the boot. “If you can’t be on my side, then get out,” she demanded. Sheridan explained she needs space. Once Luis left, Sheridan fell apart. He came back and asked through the door if she was okay; she told him to leave. Alone, Sheridan got on her computer to find proof that she’s Marty’s mom. While talking to herself, Sheridan realized Beth may be her sister….
An uncomfortable Beth kept trying to stop Alistair from seducing her, while Mrs. Wallace raced (with her walker) to interrupt their passionate evening before they committed incest. “Come to Papa,” Alistair said, unaware that he really is Beth’s, uh, Papa. Edna was greeted at the mansion by a hefty maid. Mrs. W forced her way passed the buff woman, and surprisingly held her own. Meanwhile, “Wild Thing” played over the scene for an added comical element. A still-dressed Beth told Alistair she didn’t want to sleep with him, but he continued to press his lips against hers. Edna struggled to find the father/daughter team until somewhat of a spiritual guidance led her to a secret passage way. Once she entered the room, she screamed. Alistair demanded the “old bat” leave. Then, Edna announced that Alistair is Beth’s father. Beth, in denial, accused her mother of merely just trying to ruin her night. Alistair denied ever sleeping with Edna, who flashbacked to her disco dancing and sex-filled night with Big Al. “I can’t even see shag carpeting without having a shiver go up and down my spine,” she blasted about their passionate night in the ’70s. Edna told Beth that her Crane blood is the reason the DNA test named her as Marty’s mother. The truth slowly hit Beth. “I’ve been schlepping coffee at the Book Café … all because you were too stupid to figure out that you got pregnant by the richest guy on the planet,” she blasted to her mother. Beth was thrilled to realize she is a Crane. Alistair burst his daughter’s bubble by telling her that nobody can find out the truth or else she will be exposed as NOT being Marty’s mama….
Sam and Ivy chatted on the wharf. Sam told Ivy to stay at the Bed and Breakfast, but she refused. A depressed Ivy realized she has never lived on her own, then asked Sam to leave her alone. Ivy interrupted Ethan, Gwen, Rebecca and Theresa’s argument and caused Theresa to storm off. Ethan told his family that he’s going to hold off on trying to get custody of Jane until he’s sure Theresa is continuing to press charges against Gwen. Ethan told Theresa that she ruined his life when she leaked that Sam is his father to the tabloid years ago. Theresa said she didn’t do it. Still, Ethan claimed he’s going to sue her for custody of Jane. Rebecca offered Ivy to stay in the mansion. A fired up Ivy stormed over to Ethan and Theresa and once again yelled at Theresa….
Luis ran into Sam on the wharf and told him Sheridan gave him the boot. Sam tried to open his buddy up to believing Sheridan.

On the Wharf, Sam ran into Ivy, who tried to explain herself and her actions to Sam once again. Sam didn’t want to hear Ivy’s excuses, but Ivy admitted that she loves Sam with all her heart. For his part, Sam apologized for rushing their relationship at the expense of his children. They embraced and Ivy tearfully asked Sam for another chance for them to get it right….
At the Blue Note, Whitney belted a soulful ballad on the stage that caused Fox to reexamine his feelings for her. After her song Fox confronted Whitney and demanded answers Rebecca and Gwen spotted Ethan kissing Theresa. They confronted Ethan and Theresa, and Gwen demanded to know who kissed who. Then Gwen proposed a truce, but Theresa rejected Gwen’s offer. Ethan warned that Theresa would be making a big mistake if she didn’t accept Gwen’s offer and threatened to sue for custody if she didn’t back down. Theresa made a counter-offer: She’d drop the charges against Gwen if Gwen agreed to divorce Ethan and set him free to return to Theresa. But Ethan rejected Theresa’s “indecent proposal,” and became incensed at her plan, which seemed to be backfiring on her. In another part of the club, Beth and Sheridan continued their brawl. Alistair surreptitiously handed Beth a knife and encouraged her to use it against Sheridan. Beth reengaged Sheridan with the knife and attempted to stab her with it. Luis intervened, and Sheridan and Beth accused each other of brandishing the knife. Beth then accused Sheridan of the gas leak in her house that Beth had rigged for Sheridan. Beth managed to convince Luis that Sheridan was losing it. When Luis offered Beth his apologies on Sheridan’s behalf. Back at home Sheridan went ballistic on Luis for taking Beth’s side….
Chad bonded with his new son, while Julian and Eve tried to explain to Chad that he doesn’t have a future with Whitney, despite whatever feelings Chad may still have for his half sister. But Chad insisted that he and Whitney could raise her baby as a “non-traditional” family. Later, a conflicted Whitney spied Chad holding her baby through his window….
Mrs. Wallace kept up her search for Beth, frantically trying her on her cell phone. She finally reached the Blue Note, but missed Beth and Alistair by minutes. Back in Alistair’s bedroom, Beth tried to put the breaks on Alistair’s advances, but he was too drunk and aroused to slow down. Yikes!

Practically everyone at Harmony turned up at the Blue Note this evening: When Mrs. Wallace asked Tabitha to come over to her house, Tabitha instructed Endora to conjure up her “nanny doll” and bring it to life to look after her while Tabitha is gone. Once at the Wallace house, Mrs. Wallace summoned the angels with song and prayer at her makeshift altar to help her find Beth before it’s too late. The angels froze Tabitha in place and taunted her while a clueless Mrs. Wallace rejoiced at their appearance.
At the Blue Note, Luis and Sheridan rehashed their argument over Beth for the umpteenth time. Sheridan insisted her memories are accurate and accused Luis of taking Beth’s side. Luis turned to Gwen and Ethan for a second opinion on the subject. At their secluded table, Alistair reassured Beth that nobody else that they know at the club could spot them. But when Alistair stepped away to taunt Luis at the bar, Sheridan confronted Beth, and put pressure on her by revealing her memories and suspicions. Sheridan accused Beth of being one of the clowns who kidnapped her, called her a “child-stealing bitch” and shoved her onto the floor. Beth threatened to take legal action against Sheridan in response, but then Sheridan pulled her hair and a vicious catfight ensued. When Sheridan knocked Beth into the next room, Alistair (hidden from Sheridan’s sight), presented a knife to Beth and encouraged her to use it against his daughter. Beth re-engaged Sheridan in their brawl, holding the knife behind her back.
Rebecca consoled Ivy on her situation with Sam, after which Ivy spent some quality time with Ethan. After a few drinks, Ethan crossed paths with Theresa and warned her to back off and not start another war with him and Gwen. Fox demanded the truth from Whitney and laid a guilt trip on her about him being cut out of the decision-making process where putting “their” baby up for adoption was concerned. Whitney got too upset by the conversation and stormed off. Theresa intervened and offered to talk to Whitney. When Theresa caught up with her, she begged Whitney to tell Fox and everyone the truth. But Whitney rejected Theresa’s pleas, took to the stage and bared her soul with a song. Liz and TC, who had been offering Sam support where Jessica is concerned, lamented Whitney’s appearance on the stage, as TC angrily vowed that his daughter would not follow the same path as Eve.

At Chad’s place, Eve and Julian told their son they want to make up for lost time. They then questioned Chad about his reasoning for adopting Whitney’s son, wondering if it’s because he still wants a romantic relationship with his half sister. Chad defended his actions, and said he has a lot in common with the little boy, since he was a foster child as well. Julian told Eve not to punish herself for not telling people they had a baby together several years ago. Eve wanted to tell Chad that he’s the biological father of Whitney’s baby….
The Blue Note was packed with Harmony residents. Fox spotted Whitney, who he was determined to get an answer from about why she gave up “their” baby. Theresa noticed Fox and took Whit away so she wouldn’t have to deal with him. Fox was confused by Whitney’s disappearance. Ivy joined him. The two had a small pity party about losing their loved ones. Ivy assured Fox that they will figure out a way to get his son back. Fox explained Chad just wants Whitney back. Ivy told Fox that Sam kicked her out of the Bennett house….
Gwen asked Ethan to get custody of Jane. A cocktail-swigging Whitney prevented Theresa from approaching Ethan. Though Theresa told her friend to stop drinking, Whitney ordered another. Whitney was determined to “let loose.”…
Gwen and Ethan continued to argue about Theresa, while Sheridan and Luis disagreed about Beth’s wrongdoings. Luis told an upset Sheridan she should not be around Marty for a while. Alistair was thrilled by the apparent destruction of Sheridan and Luis’s relationship. Sheridan accused Alistair of following her and Luis. While Beth hid under Al’s table, Sheridan and Luis asked Alistair who he was with. Alistair covered by saying he was on a date and it was none of their business. Once the suspicious duo walked away, Beth got up and said she was leaving, but Alistair stopped her and kissed the grossed-out brunette. Alistair told Beth someone may be committing murder that night. Luis still refused to buy into Sheridan’s theory that Beth was her kidnapper. Sheridan walked away after realizing Luis believes Beth. Sheridan and Gwen vented to each other. Sheridan told Gwen she believes Beth was her kidnapper, but Luis won’t listen. Luis walked up and defended why he can’t think of Beth as a criminal….
During a walk on the wharf, Liz and T.C. decided to go to the Blue Note to get their mind off of Whitney and her decision to give up her baby. At the club, Sam talked to Liz and T.C. about failing as a father. They cop told his friends that he was fooled by Ivy, whom he will never forgive….
At the Lenox home, Tabitha and the well-behaved and adorable Endora watched the goings on through their magic bowl. Tabby got a call from Edna, who was asking the witch for help.

It was recap day in Harmony…
Fox and Chad recapped their storyline when Fox became enraged once more at the prospect that Chad adopted “his” baby. Chad threatened to call the police unless Fox backed off. Fox shifted gears and tried the soft sell, attempting to appeal to Chad’s sense of reason. But Fox soon exhausted Chad’s patience, and Chad declared he was calling the police anyway, while Eve and Julian stood by helplessly.
Theresa tried to track down a distraught Whitney at the wharf, where Whitney stood on the docks to facilitate a recap of her own storyline, via a series of flashbacks presented in chronological order. Meanwhile, Tabitha gleefully watched Whitney face her anguish in her bowl of magic rainwater. She and Endora toasted all of the misery taking place throughout Harmony, (which allowed them to recap the highlights of what’s taking place elsewhere in town). As Theresa approached Whitney at the waterfront, the railing on the dock broke and Whitney began to tumble into the rocky ocean below, but Theresa conveniently caught her in the nick of time. Theresa reassured her best friend that giving up on life is never an option. But Whitney remained despondent, and insisted that things will never change or improve over time in her case.
For the third day in a row, Ethan, Gwen and Rebecca rehashed their plans to comb through all of Theresa’s surrogate mother contract paperwork to see if there’s some kind of loophole or technicality to nail Theresa — although this time they moved their rehashing to the Blue Note, where the entire town of Harmony decided to turn out by coincidence. And once again Gwen and Rebecca nagged Ethan in stereo to get tough with Theresa. Rebecca insisted the only way to get to Theresa was to sue for custody.
Outside the Blue Note, Sheridan and Luis continued their disagreement to recap their own storyline, as Luis accused her once more of having wild, baseless accusations while Sheridan once again maintained that Beth was responsible for her kidnapping. Inside the Blue Note, Alistair and Beth and tried to lay low when they spotted Luis and Sheridan, who reached an impasse in their Marty/Beth argument. Elsewhere in the club, Ethan took a break from Gwen and Rebecca and joined his father at the bar for a drink. There, Sam bemoaned his life and how it all fell apart since Grace left town with David. Then Ivy crashed the tender father-son moment and pleaded with Sam to forgive her.
