In the latest Dishing With Digest, Doug Davidson (Paul, Y&R) shared some interesting facts, including 1) he was invited to audition for Y&R after he went to pick pal Victoria Mallory (ex-Leslie) up from work and was discovered by then-Executive Producer John Conboy in the parking lot, 2) he used to feed the names of his castmates to Creator William J. Bell at the show’s parties, as Bell knew them only by their character names and 3) Bell’s first drafts for his Y&R scripts used to be stored in the cabinets of Paul’s detective office.
