Jonathan and Tammy basked in the glow of their “first time together.” Tammy called the night the “most amazing” of her life, but Jonathan couldn’t stop thinking about Sandy. Jonathan promised Tammy would never have to worry about her ex again. Jonathan dressed and went off to get food, while Tammy stayed in the hotel room. With Jonathan gone, there was a knock at the door, and Tammy answered believing it to be her beau. However, her visitor was Frank, and he was looking for Jonathan. Frank explained that Sandy had called the police station, afraid for his life, and was now nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, in his car, Jonathan did a dead-on impersonation of Sandy and had his rival withdrawn from classes at Springfield U.
Alan-Michael planted info with a business associate that Harley and Dinah weren’t as close as they appeared. Alan-Michael was listening to his recording of Harley confessing that she slept with Mallet when Marina arrived, wondering what her boyfriend was listening to. Alan-Michael excused himself to speak with Alex, who warned that she didn’t want to see him distracted from his plans for Spaulding by his new romance. Alan-Michael played the tape of Harley’s confession for Alex, and assured her that his relationship with Marina wouldn’t get in the way. Meanwhile, Frank arrived and Marina accused her father of spying, but Frank explained that he was merely making dinner reservations for a date with Olivia. Marina revealed to her father that her relationship with Alan-Michael was now “more than a good time.” Alan-Michael returned and Marina exaggerated that her father had given him the stamp of approval and teased that now that their relationship was no longer forbidden, she was through with him. Marina snagged Alan-Michael’s music player, but instead of Harley’s confession, she heard Milli Vanilli. Marina began teasing Alan-Michael and confessed, “That’s why I love you!”
Beth took off for the cabin from the hospital, and Harley and Mallet were about to follow her, when Dinah demanded they listen to what she had to say first. She tried to convince them that they were only prolonging their misery with this fruitless search, but when she realized they weren’t about to give up, Dinah revealed that she had dropped her GPS-ready phone in Beth’s bag and urged the cops to follow the pregnant woman’s trail. As they searched for Beth, Mallet told Harley she was lucky to have found the kind of love she had with Gus, and Harley smiled that he was lucky too: Dinah had changed. Meanwhile, Beth arrived at the cabin and roused Alan. He strangled her, but she managed to choke out that she was pregnant with his child and he relented. Alan promised that he would fix everything if Beth set him free and she finally unbound him after he promised not to divorce her and that he would take care of Gus. Mallet and Harley arrived at the door and heard Beth speaking to a man. Meanwhile, Blake pitched Dinah an idea for her latest novel: The scribe wanted to fictionalize Dinah’s life story. Dinah urged Blake to write a happy ending, then had a fantasy about being a romance novel heroine.
