Harley and kids Jude and Zach visited Gus at the police station. Gus insisted his pain is manageable so he doesn’t need pills, but secretly he was suffering. Harley had to pack up her desk and finish paperwork, so Gus volunteered to take kids to lunch and then to T-ball tryouts. Remy helped Harley pack while Mallet rooted through her stuff. (It was the standard-issue cop gear: fruity body spray, brass knuckles, lip gloss.) She asked Mallet to keep an eye on Gus. At Company, Marina stepped on Gus’ foot then offered to take the kids to T-ball when Gus said he got a call about a case he had to follow up at the hospital. Back at the station, Frank said he’s sad Harley is leaving. She bantered with Mallet while Frank checked her files and cleared her to leave. Mallet said it was great having her as a partner, and she said she didn’t regret anything. Frank returned with a cake to celebrate. At Cedars, Gus ran into Dr. Thompkins and told him he was looking for Dr. Bauer, because he wrenched his back “taking down a sucker” and needed some pain-killers. Dr. Thompkins offered to help, but wanted to check Gus’ records. The doc got a code blue call and left his prescription pad on the nurses’ station. At the police station, Frank told Harley she could come back any time. She surrendered her shield and gun (without unloading it!). Mallet vowed to take care of Gus if Harley takes care of Dinah. Harley went to Company, but she just missed Gus and the kids. Ava said Marina took the boys to T-ball when Gus had to go to Cedars.
Outside Company, Lizzie recalled having sex with Coop and Jonathan, then rehearsed telling Coop he’s the father of her child. Inside Company, Coop smooched Ava. Lizzie tried to tell him her news, but Ava picked Lizzie up and literally threw her out. She couldn’t get back in, so she stole Ava’s shoes and Coop gave chase. When Gus and the kids showed up, Ava reopened the eatery. Coop followed Lizzie to her apartment, and she ushered him inside. The place was stuffed with stuff “for our baby, Coop,” she said proudly. “I’m pregnant.” He looked incredulous, so she showed him all the pregnancy tests, but he still thought it was a scam and gave her a chance to come clean. Lizzie thought this development could be good for them. “How do I know this baby is even mine?” Coop demanded. “I’m not lying about this,” she protested. “This is your baby. I swear.” She also swore on her life that she never slept with Quinn. When Coop still balked she flipped out and told him go back to his “slutty little waitress” and threw him out. He left, saying he needed more time.
Tammy showed up at Outskirts and tried to recount meeting Lizzie, but Jonathan started smooching her. Outskirts is never busy, so they got busy behind the bar. Afterward, Jonathan mused how things are better now, with peace between them and her mother, so he’s actually thinking about the future — “and plans.” Tammy mentioned she overheard Lizzie saying “bizarre stuff,” and it seemed like she was pregnant! Jonathan was stunned, and tried to rationalize, but Tammy was convinced her “hunch” is correct. Tammy suddenly wondered if the baby isn’t even Coop’s. Jonathan tried to call Lizzie’s voicemail but was interrupted. Tammy wanted to go talk to Lizzie, but Jonathan suggested giving her time. He told Tammy he had a business appointment and left.
At Cedars, Gus lifted the script pad — just as Harley showed up. Tammy showed up at the police station and asked Remy to help her cancel the restraining order against Jonathan. Coop showed up at Company, but told Ava he “forgot” her shoes. She asked what bombshell Lizzie dropped on him this time? Lizzie stepped out of the shower to see Jonathan was sitting in her bed. “Hey Goldilocks,” he hissed. “Got something to tell me?”
