GH Preview: Major Drama Ahead For “Julexis”, Sam and Liz
Franco’s disappearance and Alexis’s web of secrecy are about to converge in a major way. First up: Alexis comes clean with daughter Sam about her drinking and its consequences, from the possibility that she killed Tom to Julian blackmailing her into cohabitation. “She’s devastated for her mother,” says Co-Head Writer Jean Passanante. “And she’s scared. She had pooh-poohed the idea that her mother could be caught up in any way with the Tom Baker [murder], but now, it’s making her wonder.” Which, in turn, forces her to reconsider Liz’s request that they work together to find Franco, currently the police’s No. 1 suspect on the who-killed-Tom front. Rebecca Herbst (Elizabeth) notes, “They actually work really well together, because neither of them holds back and they are very honest. I’m glad that it was written the way it was and, of course, I love working with Kelly [Monaco, Sam].” For the full scoop, check out the new issue of Soap Opera Digest.
