GH Introduces A New Danny

Porter Fasullo has taken over the role of Sam and Jason’s son from T.K. Weaver, who played the part from 2016-19. After Fasullo’s first episode aired on May 31, Weaver responded to the switch on Twitter. “I was recast,” he began. “I found out a couple weeks ago but I was asked not to tell anyone.  Broke my heart. I love you all so much. I love my GH family and all of you who make my day everyday!!!! You guys are the best!” He added, “I want to give a shoutout to my amazing  family. I loved being Danny Morgan for 3 years. I learned so much. I wish I could have grown up more on the show but it didn’t happen unfortunately. Good luck to the new Danny!! I hope you all love him too! Truly.” He also acknowledged his Port Charles parents, writing, “I want to thank  for being the most beautiful & classiest set mom a kid could ever ask for. Also the amazing  who isn’t on social media but who called me with great advice & offered to come to my house and give me a big bear hug if ever I need one. Huge thank you to  who called me to make sure I was okay & that I wasn’t feeling like the recast was my fault. He has continued to touch base to make sure I’m okay. He is such a good person with great advice. I learned so much from him. I was so lucky to meet him. “ Monaco replied, “TK.
