For Friday, January 17 on General Hospital, spoilers tease that Willow makes a big decision. She has the right to be in charge of Michael’s care but will she really do it without input from family? The GH co-chief of staff has something to tell her. “We need to discuss Michael’s next steps,” announces Portia.

Elsewhere, Cody is in trouble again and he’s looking to share his pain. He approaches his favorite punching bag Drew but Jordan steps between them. “Don’t even think about it,” she warns them. Will they listen? Teasers also say that Jordan reads Drew the riot act.

Lulu and Brook Lynn clash, which is hardly new for their dynamic but are they about to see each other a lot more? “You’re applying for the job at Deception,” asks BLQ. Is she really talking with Lulu? It sure seems like it. After all, their shared bestie also works at Deception. This could get… awkward.

Big Warnings

It looks like Ava is on a mission and for once, Ric may not be the one to help her pull it off. Does she make such a huge ask even he won’t accommodate? “I ought to find myself a lawyer who will,” she tells Ric. Will he really allow her to seek help (and billable hours) elsewhere?

Chase continues his quest to come to Willow’s rescue (so much for her not being in a savior pattern) and warns someone, most likely Tracy, “You are only causing more damage.” Tracy says, “Butt out.” Is Chase really ready to take on his wife’s formidable grandmother? Perhaps he is since teasers say that Tracy lands in hot water. Uh oh!

When last we saw Carly, she was at General Hospital, approaching Michael’s room where Willow was looking at him through the glass. Carly says, “I have a better option.” Is she talking with Willow about how she can reunite her with her children or is he speaking with Portia about Michael’s care?

It really does look like Lulu may be applying for a job at Deception because she says, “I promise I will be on my best behavior.” To whom is she making that promise? Brook Lynn? Maxie? Both? Either way, will anyone really believe her? And what happened to her career as an investigative reporter?
