For Wednesday, November 20 on General Hospital, spoilers tease that Alexis makes a vow. Will she be making a promise to always care for Sam’s children as if they’re her own? Is she wanting to make sure whomever is at fault is punished to the full extent of the law?

After Sam’s funeral, Lucky and Elizabeth talk outside of Bobbie’s. She knows that Lucky is struggling with what to do next and while she probably has some strong opinions on it, she says, “We do have to make the decision.” Teasers also say that Elizabeth gets alarming news. Does this have to do with Lulu or something else?

Getting Answers

Portia has news to share as well with one of Sam’s sisters or perhaps her brother. “We have the results from your sister’s autopsy,” reports GH’s co-chief of staff. But is she telling this to Lucas, Kristina or to Molly? One will learn if he’s to blame, one will have a deeply emotional response and the other will be thinking about legalities.

That latter sister, Molly, discloses Ric’s plan but to whom? “That’s not an option,” insists Molly. But to whom is she speaking about her father and what he has up his sleeve? Then there’s the emotional sister — Kristina and Dante want justice. But Dante also has a question for Kristina. “Is Sam dead because of me?” he asks.

Elsewhere, Jason and Danny have a heart-to-heart talk and it leads to what happened to Drew. Did Rocco spill to his brother that he overheard that Drew got into a fight with Jason? “What happened between me and Drew, stays between me and Drew,” Jason tells his son.

Cyrus is in Lulu’s hospital room once again. But does he know that she woke up earlier? “I’m going to take care of you,” promises Cyrus. Considering he’s the reason she was put in that four-year coma, this doesn’t sound good.
