A Change of State

For Wednesday, May 14, on General Hospital, spoilers say that Laura loses her cool, which is not a usual state for the normally calm and collected mayor of Port Charles. What happens that sets Laura off?

Elizabeth and Ric are still recovering from the car accident that almost took their lives, but they are much better. As the two discuss their accident, she lets him know that he slipped while talking with her. “You said something about the brakes,” Elizabeth reminds Ric. Will she start figuring out what really happened with their accident?

That wouldn’t go well for Alexis, since Ric and Ava are blackmailing her over Kristina’s guilt in cutting the brake lines. Alexis is desperate to get out from under their blackmailing scheme, so she tries to get the upper hand — which means turning to Spinelli, her late daughter Sam’s good friend. “What I’m asking you to do could save Kristina’s life,” Alexis tells the computer genius. Will he help her?

No Gratitude

Despite all that Alexis is doing to try to save Kristina’s freedom, her daughter doesn’t know about it and instead is going around to friends and family trashing her mother. The latest person she’s confiding in is her brother Dante. “I don’t know if I’m ever going to be able to forgive and trust her again,” she tells him. Considering he’s a police detective, she might not have wanted to do that.

Drew makes a discovery, and considering he is already in possession of some very damning information, having any more knowledge can’t be good. He tells someone unseen, “I know exactly who to call.” What is Drew going to do next?

Drew’s shenanigans haven’t gone unnoticed by Carly. She is desperate to make a move to help her son Michael, so she and Jason strategize. “I have to get those kids out of that house as quickly as possible,” she tells Jason. Will the two be able to think of a plan to do just that?

Elsewhere, Willow is heartbroken as she receives some shocking papers. “No, this can’t be happening,” she says as she reads the legal documents she’s been served.
