The bloodbath in Genoa City continues: Emmy-winner Debbi Morgan, who joined the show in 2011 as Devon's mother Harmony, has been axed. She is the third actress to receive her walking papers, joining Genie Francis (Genevieve) and Marcy Rylan (Abby).
