Daytime Emmys News: Creative Arts Awards Winners
Daytime Emmys were handed out Friday night, April 27, at the Creative Arts Awards. B&B was the big winner, nabbing seven awards, including costume design, makeup, lighting direction and stunt coordination. GH’s Casting Director Mark Teschner picked up his 9th trophy for Outstanding Achievement for a Casting Director. Kristos Andrews (Pete, THE BAY) added a sixth award to his collection when he was named Best Digital Actor; Jade Harlow (Lianna, THE BAY) and Eric Nelsen (Daniel, THE BAY) were named Best Digital Supporting Actor and Actress respectively. Soap alums Kristolyn Lloyd (ex-Dayzee, B&B) and Michael Park (ex-Jack, AS THE WORLD TURNS) picked up a Daytime Emmy (Park’s third!) for their TODAY SHOW appearance with the cast of Dear Evan Hansen. The rest of the awards will be handed out at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Sunday, April 29.
