DAYS’s Charles Shaughnessy Gets Buzzed!
Charles Shaughnessy (ex-Shane, DAYS) and his brother, David Shaughnessy (B&B director; Y&R's former executive producer) are the executive producers of the new Web series COFFEY BUZZ. "It's a lifestyle show with five-minute Webisodes and hosted by Lissa Coffey," he explains. "It focuses on things that are out of the box. We did a segment on a salt spa, where there's room full of salt, and a pet hotel. We're focusing on interesting topics. But what makes it really interesting is that it's completely interactive. If you see an object you like on the screen, you can click on it and a thumbnail will pop up; you can then click on that and it'll take you the vendor. So if you see a pair of earrings you like, you can shop while you watch. It's a very different way to advertise."
