DAYS Stars Co-Host Special Crime Series

Comments

This week, DAYS's Kristian Alfonso (Hope) and Drake Hogestyn (John) are co-hosting DAYS OF OUR KNIVES "Revenge Week" on the Investigation Discovery Channel. "Drake and I are in cops mode," details Alfonso. "The set is a precinct. It brought back memories of when I was hosting SECRET LIVES on Lifetime [in 2003]." Alfonso shares that her experience working on DAYS came in handy. "This is something completely different than what I normally do," she notes, "but you still move in a quick pace [introducing the segments]. Everything was timed so that we'd have to end at a specific moment. If we were off within seconds, we'd have to go back and redo it. Drake and I kept running it and running it to see if we could come in at the right time. It was very cool. I had a great experience!" Next week, Matthew Ashford (ex-Jack, DAYS) and Kin Shriner (ex-Scott, GENERAL HOSPITAL) host "Bad Boys Week" (September 10-14), followed by Laurence Lau (ex-Greg, ALL MY CHILDREN) and Alicia Minshew (ex-Kendall, AMC) hosting "Double Lives" (September 17-21), and concluding September 24-27, with real-life duo, Austin Peck and Terri Conn (ex-Brad and Katie, AS THE WORLD TURNS) hosting "Family Secrets".
