Days of Our Lives Spoilers Promo Video: ‘I’ve Got Some Bad News’
Gone But Not Forgotten
In the promo video for the week of March 3 on Days of Our Lives, the spoiler-filled footage opens up with a clearly troubled Marlena, who is sitting at her desk. “I’m afraid I’ve got some bad news,” she says. “It’s about my father,” Brady’s voice can be heard saying. Brady is then shown receiving a loving caress from his current paramour, Ava. As an image of John (the late Drake Hogestyn) flashes across the scene (from the infamous 1991 scene in which John, then believed to be Roman, first laid eyes on a back-from-the-dead Marlena), Marlena says, “I am going to go find him.” Next, Marlena is shown speaking to a framed photo of her beloved husband. “I am coming for you,” she assures his likeness.

The action then shifts to Johnny and Chanel, who are pulling out all the stops in the hopes of impressing Amy Choi, Sophia’s mother. Mr. and Mrs. DiMera know they must win Amy over and get her blessing if they are to fulfill their wish of adopting the baby Sophia is expecting. With Johnny’s father, EJ, and Chanel’s mother, Paulina, also in attendance, the young couple welcomes Amy and Sophia to the DiMera mansion and attempt to be the most gracious hosts possible. “We need to show Mrs. Choi that we have strong family values,” Johnny instructs EJ and Paulina. “We wanted to make a good first impression,” Paulina bubbles to their guests.
Cut to Gabi storming in, followed by Jada. Directing her fury at EJ, Gabi blares, “Where the hell is my brother?” Mrs. Choi looks aghast. “Get the hell out of my house,” grumbles EJ. Gabi is then shown brandishing a gun! Determined to get answers about the whereabouts of Rafe, she aims it at EJ, who rightly looks terrified!
Oh, Baby!
Next, we see Alex and Stephanie nuzzling affectionately at her place…. and then we see Joy, who Alex slept with not too long ago, at the hospital, telling Sarah, “I’m late.” From there, Sarah is shown on the phone, ordering up a pregnancy test. As Stephanie approaches from behind, Sarah continues, “Patient name Wesley, Joy” Sarah recoils in horror as the implications of Joy’s possible pregnancy wash over her.
