B&B Alum Jennifer Finnigan Lands New Series
Three-time Daytime Emmy winner Jennifer Finnigan (ex-Bridget, B&B) has been cast as the female lead in SALVATION, a new, 13-episode summer series coming to CBS, reports Deadline.com. The story centers around an MIT grad student and a tech superstar who bring a low-level Pentagon official (Finnigan) in on their staggering discovery — that an asteroid will strike the Earth in six months. Finnigan plays Grace Darrow, a Pentagon Press Secretary and single mom, who must help save humanity while struggling to keep the secret from her loved ones. A premiere date has yet to be announced.
