ALL MY CHILDREN alum Cameron Mathison (ex-Ryan), who co-hosts Hallmark’s HOME & FAMILY, has launched a new Instagram page, @allhealth360, devoted to health and fitness. “I’m very excited to launch a new instagram page @allhealth360 !” he posted. “I’ve been on a health quest for many years and I receive so many questions about my diet, food, workouts, and my meditation practice. Very soon I’ll be posting interviews with experts in these fields as well as guided meditations, workouts, recipes, relationship and parenting expert interviews … and all things health related.
