A Day In The Life Of Chandler Massey (Will, DAYS)

5:45 a.m. Arise to greet the day! Let’s make some breakfast!

6:00 a.m. Time to eat! I usually have a cabbage and egg bowl, which is what
I made this morning. It’s going to be a
full day at work but my go-to breakfast keeps me satisfied.

6:20 a.m. Time to hop in the shower and shave the scruff off from the past week! I had an extended weekend since I didn’t have to come into work until mid-week, so it was nice not to have to shave, but it’s also nice and feels good to be clean-shaven.

6:30 a.m. Off to work!

7:00 a.m. Arrive at work. I sign in and say my quick hellos and good mornings to anyone I run into on my way to my dressing room. I drop off my stuff and head to hair and makeup to begin my transformation into Will!

7:30 a.m. Off to dry block! We shoot so many pages so this gives us a chance to rehearse and perfect our scenes and talk to the directors about how they want our scenes to play out.

7:45 a.m. I go down to my dressing room and change into wardrobe and review my lines a little more.

8:45 a.m. Taping be-gins! Freddie [Smith, Sonny] and I have a
little time before we’re up, so we head to hair and makeup for final touch-ups.

9:00 a.m. Freddie and
I run lines a little
but we have it down,
so we just hang out by the stage doors until we’re called to set!

9:15 a.m. We are summoned to set!

10:00 a.m. Finished my morning scenes! Freddie and I were called to the publicity office for an interview, so we’re headed there now.

10:30 a.m. That was fun! I tag along with Freddie to hair and makeup so he can
get a haircut. I’m
just there to goof off with Georgette [Sweet] while she cuts his hair. Don’t worry! She did a great job despite me being a chatterbox.

11:00 a.m. I head down to my dressing room to change out of my wardrobe for a quick nap.

12:30 p.m. Lunchtime! Before I grab some food, I have to dry block with Billy Flynn [Chad].

12:45 p.m. I head to the
commissary right after and grab myself a sandwich.

1:00 p.m. I take my lunch to my dressing room while I look through my lines.

1:30 p.m. Lunch break is over! I’m not on for a while so I can just take my time and chill.

2:00 p.m. I’m just going to close my eyes for a little bit … It’s been a long day already!

2:30 p.m. I get dressed back into character and just hang out in my dressing room until I’m called in.

3:00 p.m. I head upstairs to hair and makeup for touch-ups while I run lines with Billy
one last time.

3:20 p.m. Back to set!

4:00 p.m. Wrapped for the day. Can’t wait to be closer to my weekend and two-week hiatus!

4:10 p.m. Driving home in L.A. traffic is no joke but it gives me a chance to catch up on some calls. Gotta love Bluetooth!

5:30 p.m. I’m finally home! I kick off my shoes and plop down on my couch for a session of video game playing before dinner.

6:30 p.m. Dinnertime! Tonight I make myself chicken breast and steamed veggies. There are days that I splurge a bit but for the most part, I try to be healthy with my meals.

7:30 p.m. I load my dishes in the dishwasher and clean up the dinner table.

8:00 p.m. Another round of video games!

9:00 p.m. I start
to wrap up for
the night. I can play video games for hours but I
have another long day ahead of me tomorrow.

9:15 p.m. I head to the bathroom to shower, brush my teeth and change into my pj’s.

9:50 p.m. I set my phone alarm for
6 a.m. and turn off the lights. I know I shouldn’t but I scroll through the Internet one last time.

10:00 p.m. Time for a little shut-eye! Good night, everyone!
