NBC Although Vivica A. Fox appeared on DAYS in 1988 as Carmen, her most well-known soap role was on GENERATIONS, where she played Maya Reubens from 1989-91. This was the first of three projects she would work on with the late Kristoff St. John (ex-Neil, Y&R; ex-Adam, GENERATIONS). -
JPI In 1994 she joined Y&R as Stephanie Simmons, a nurse who became involved with Shemar Moore’s Malcolm. She also shared scenes with St. John and departed the soap in 1995. -
