Penn Badgley joined the cast of Y&R in 2000 as Nina and Phillip’s son, Phillip Chancellor IV. He was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Daytime TV Series – Young Actor in 2001.

In 2007 Badgley joined the cast of GOSSIP GIRL as Dan Humphreys. He would stay with the show for its entire run, ending in 2012. Dan turned out to be “Gossip Girl”.

The actor headlined Lifetime’s YOU in 2018 as psycho Joe Goldberg. After the series wrapped its first season, Netflix acquired the rights to the series. Also pictured is Elizabeth Lail, who played Beck, the object of Joe’s affections.

Season two of YOU drops December 26 on Netflix and sees Badgley’s character relocate to Los Angeles to start life over. Ambyr Childers (ex-Colby, ALL MY CHILDREN) also stars in the series as Joe’s former girlfriend Candace. Also pictured Victoria Pendretti.
