Y&R’S BILLY TO VICTORIA: MARRY ME
In the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, Executive Producer/Head Writer Charles Pratt, Jr. previews Billy's upcoming proposal to Victoria. First, Billy goes to Victor for his blessing — and gets it . “He thinks Billy is sincere in his love, which he has questioned before, and he sees Victoria’s happiness is really wrapped up in making it work with Billy," says Pratt.
