Y&R SCRIBE CONFIRMS STATUS
According to her own post on Twitter, Y&R’s former head writer, Jean Passanante, who shared the title with Shelly Altman until they were replaced by Charles Pratt, Jr. last year, is no longer with the show. Unlike Altman, who had shifted over to another capacity on the writing staff, Passanante tweeted to a follower, "I'm no longer with Y&R so I'm glad you're still with me!” Passanante has an established career in daytime, which includes writing stints on AMC, ATWT, OLTL and GH.
