Y&R November Preview
Executive Producer/Head Writer Mal Young promises that November will “provide a lot of fun for the audience.”
Victor/Nikki/Nick: “Newman Enterprises will be rocked to the core when the company is connected to a shocking scandal. Victor will do what he does best, fight back as quickly as possible. He will assemble a powerful team of players to help protect his legacy. Victor and Nick may have called a truce but it won’t be long before their bad blood resurfaces. Victor and Nikki will do their best to tolerate each other.”
Victoria/Billy/Phyllis: “Billy’s wheeling and dealing will catch up with him and he will need to repair the damage to his relationships with both Phyllis and Victoria. Jason Thompson [Billy] and Gina Tognoni [Phyllis] are very good with comedy and have a lot of chemistry, so viewers can expect to be treated to some lighter moments with Billy and Phyllis. Victoria’s mysterious health issues will finally come to a shocking and impactful conclusion that no one could have foreseen.”
The Abbotts: “The war with Graham may be over for the time being, but the drama for the Abbotts is just beginning. This family will face the biggest challenge of all and must unite more than ever. However, this may be difficult as each member of the family will have very different reactions. Jack will have his hands full dealing with the women in his life, Nikki and Dina.”
Cane/Lily: “Lily has made the difficult decision to end her marriage to Cane, but she’ll be thrown a real curveball that will question her decision. Cane also has to face the totally unexpected.”
Hilary/Jordan: “There is a lot of heat between Hilary and Jordan. However, he makes a bad move and crosses her. Hilary and Jordan will play a passionate game of cat and mouse that will keep them both on their toes.”
Devon/Mariah/Tessa: “Viewers will see Mariah have a coming-of-age experience as she discovers who she is as a person. She’s dating a great guy in Devon but will address her growing feelings for Tessa.”
Scott/Sharon: “Just like Sharon, Scott has an admirable quality in that he cannot sit back and ignore someone in need. He will put himself in the line of fire, which will impact his growing relationship with Sharon. She will also be forced to deal with Lauren’s constant disapproval of Scott and Sharon’s relationship.”
Neil: “Neil will make a bold move that jump-starts his life and career. Neil will emerge as a power player in Genoa City who others will turn to for counsel.”
