Y&R: Morrow On Crutches
So, what's with Nick being on crutches? His portrayer Joshua Morrow explains, "I basically had a hole in my [knee] cartilage, so I had a cartilage graft. It's an injury I've been battling for a few years. I finally bit the bullet and had the surgery because the pain was getting to be too much. It's a seven-month recovery process, but I'm totally off the crutches now. I was only on them for a few weeks. I'm walking now, I've got a limp but I'm getting there. I think the show thought I was too gimpy for any love scenes and I didn't even have to take my shirt off, which is rare."
