Tammin Sursok (Jenna, PLL; ex-Colleen, Y&R) and husband Sean McEwen welcomed a daughter, Phoenix Emmanuel, on October 8, reports Us Weekly. "I'm so excited to meet her little one!" coos Christel Khalil (Lily, Y&R).
