Nick wanted to go to Santa Fe with Phyllis so they can get married. Phyllis was game! They went and told Michael and Lauren the good news. “Why get married in a stuffy old church?” Phyllis said. “I’d marry him in a Dumpster.” Back at the office, Nick told Sharon he’s eloping with Phyllis.

Carmen asked Neil how Devon was doing. “We’re supposed to believe that you care, Carmen?” Neil snapped. They started to bicker about the Dru situation. “I’d appreciate it that we get through our meetings without you harassing me about Drucilla,” Carmen sneered.

Sharon tried to lift Dru’s spirits. She was down in the dumps over not only Carmen, but over Devon moving in with Daniel and Lily (who was typing away at Crimson Lights). “What is Carmen’s problem? She acts like she’s the victim in all this,” Sharon remarked, jumping on the we-hate-Carmen bandwagon. Dru called the office and got Carmen, who hung up on her. Carmen ran and called Will. “I’m about to have a nervous breakdown,” she cried. Neil returned and chewed her out for hanging up on Dru.

Jack offered Daniel a property that the Abbotts own near GCU as a new place for him and Lily to rent. It took all of five minutes for them to grab Devon and move in. Neil and Dru stopped by to help them get settled. Back at Newman, Mr. Kim arrived to discuss the Victor situation. “He’s suspicious about something,” noted Jack, who suggested Ji Min befriend Victor. Later, Jack ran into Carmen, who was sobbing. Jack left, grabbing the wrong cell phone. He ran into Phyllis and asked her to cover a meeting for him, but she couldn’t because of her trip (with Nick).

End of episode, Nick gave Phyllis a wedding gift: a blue cowboy hat. Dru learned her trial date was moved up; Carmen intercepted a text from Mr. Kim to Jack; and Paul informed Michael and Lauren that Sheila had plastic surgery and could be using anyone’s face.
