Phyllis asked Daniel to walk away next time her wants to slug someone. Neil and Dru also reprimanded Lily and Devon for what Daniel did. Michael suggested to Paul that Jack could have killed Carmen. Michael called Neil and said Will wanted to meet with them and Dru. Will wanted to make an offer: He wanted them to testify on behalf of the prosecution, which could lead to a second-degree murder plea bargain. “We’re not accepting the deal,” Dru declined. Lily and Daniel also pooh-poohed the plea idea. Later, Michael went back over the case and the suspects with Neil and Paul. “The DA has no solid evidence,” Michael insisted. Neil blamed himself for everything. They discussed the duct tape and garbage bags that were used to transport Carmen’s body. Meanwhile, Dru had another heated therapy session.

Ji Min told Jack he thought they made a mistake cutting the N.V.P./Jabot tie. Jack met with Nikki and Phyllis about doing another photo shoot with Sharon. “How about we change the name of the company name to J retreats?” Phyllis snarked. Phyllis left and ran into Sharon and bickered (again) with her. Meanwhile, Nikki gave Jack a piece of her mind. “Victor was very ill when he sold you N.V.P.,” she reminded. “You are really unhappy, Nikki,” Jack retorted. “Please feel free to quit.” Nikki went and found Sharon, because “you’re the one who pulls his strings.” They got into it, like the good ol’ days. Meow!

End of episode, Devon told Dru he’s been trying to find Yolanda.
