Terri Ivens’ Favorite Things
ALL MY CHILDREN’s spunky Terri Ivens (Simone) is an interviewer’s dream: She’ll answer anything and everything thrown at her, and with a smile on her face. See what we mean as the actress opens up for one of Soap Opera Weekly’s FYIs. (Look at that favorite item of clothing!)
Recent fad I admit to trying: eyelash extensions.
Favorite actress: Dakota Fanning.
Favorite singer: Gwen Stefani.
If I could only keep one household appliance, it would be: microwave.
Something you’d be surprised to know about me: I do morning duty with my daughter every single day. No one wakes up to my baby but me.
Favorite book: the Left Behind series.
Favorite food: bacon/tacos.
Least favorite food: asparagus.
Favorite comfort food: macaroni and cheese.
Favorite song: Tim McGraw‘s “She Got Barbeque Stains on my White T-shirt…”
Favorite item of clothing: Victoria’s Secret water bra.
Nobody knows I can: sing.
Cause I most believe in: ending world hunger.
Most treasured possession: my daughter.
First thing I do when I wake up in the morning: Wake up my little booger.
Last thing I do before I go to bed: Make sure she’s got her blanket on.
Best quality: honesty.
Worst quality: lack of patience.
Biggest regret: I haven’t made it yet.
Something that makes me see red: tail lights when I’m stuck in traffic.
If I could live anywhere, it would be: the South of France.
Celebrity I’m most often mistaken for: It used to be Cindy Crawford, but now I get a lot of Eva Longoria.
What I dislike most about my appearance: I have this extra flab in my eyelids, and we have to use corrective makeup.
Greatest love: My husband, Mark.
Quality I like most in a mate: I love that he likes to surprise me with handbags and shoes.
My first kiss: was awful!
My childhood nickname: Olive, because of Olive Oyl being so skinny.
Person I would choose to play me in a movie about my life: someone really tall with a lot of legs.
Favorite place in my house: my bed.
Bad habit I wish I could break: smoking.
Worst job I ever had: Roseanne. I did three to five different episodes and never made it to air.
Sound that most annoys me: fighting.
Favorite weekend activity: sleeping in.
What I would title my autobiography: I Did It — But I’m Really Nice Anyway.
