In response to the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) internal review and report announcing procedural changes, the four network soaps — B&B, DAYS, GH and Y&R — have lifted their proposed boycott of next year’s Daytime Emmy ceremony, reports Deadline.com. “As a group, we are not in agreement with all of the conclusions that NATAS reached,” a spokesperson of the four daytime dramas said in a statement to Deadline. “However, in the spirit of working with NATAS and the TV Academy on improving the integrity of the Daytime Emmys, we have lifted our boycott.
