B&B: Ridge and Bill’s fight was fun and explosive! These two titans were bound to come to blows after Bill and Steffy slept together, and the scenes were worth the wait.
DAYS: We enjoyed the scenes between Valerie and Eli. Her frustration was understandable when Eli shrugged off the news that Lani was with child. The two have a great mother/son dynamic, hopefully there’s more to come.
GH: Welp. Faison is back and he’s just as terrifying as ever! From screaming in Obrecht’s face to getting way too close to Anna, watching Anders Hove take command of the screen is captivating.
Y&R: Dina trying to comfort a saddened Jack — or John, in her mind — after deciding to go to Paris was heartbreaking. After all the Abbotts have been through with Dina over the last few months, her au revoir was bittersweet and touching.
Things That Made Us Go Hmmm
B&B: As nice as it was to see Darlita again, it’s ridiculous to think that Spectra’s not back on its feet after all these weeks. Sally used to be such a go-getter; now she’s just another lovestruck gal going after a man who isn’t available.
DAYS: Really? Roman couldn’t have given up two minutes of his time to answer Marlena and Will’s inquiry about a bartending position at the pub? We get that Roman is focused on Anna, but you would think his back-from-the-dead grandson would take priority.
GH: How is Faison, the subject of an intense police manhunt, so easily traveling back and forth from Wyndemere, which is on an island?
Y&R: Victoria, who’s supposed to be one of the smartest, savviest women in Genoa City, is rushing into things with J.T. and she knows it. Why is she so desperate to have a man in her life?
The Andre DiMera Murder Mystery Hour
DAYS is doing a good job balancing the mystery with the other big stories on the canvas, but things are surely about to ramp up. Let’s hope the show doesn’t become all about the mystery for too long. The audience likes answers!
