Join Sonia Satra (ex-Lucy, GUIDING LIGHT; ex-Barbara, ONE LIFE TO LIVE) on Saturday, September 29 for the NY Fit Fest Oceanfront Retreat. Satra, a mindset and fitness thought leader and founder/CEO of the wellness company Moticise, is a brand ambassador for this one-day retreat happening in Long Island, where she will be teaching a Moticise class at 3pm.
