1999: Chris Ramsey (Nolan North) and Frank create a deadly superflu when mixing other drugs with DL-56. Frank nearly dies, and the experience makes him kick his drug habit. Karen Wexler saves his life and stays with him while he detoxes.
Frank learns that he is the father of Neil (Colton James) from a fling he had with Courtney Kanelos (Sarah Aldrich).
2000: Frank gets in trouble when he begins to gamble and acquires big debts. Jamal Woods (Kiko Ellsworth) is there to help him through it.
