SEAN KANAN OUT AT GH — RETURNING TO B&B!
TV Guide reports that Sean Kanan is leaving GH as A.J. (he's scheduled to wrap up his Port Charles duties on March 28) and beginning in mid-April, will reprise his B&B role, Deacon. The actor tells the magazine that his parting from GH was a mutual decision, prompted by his dissatisfaction with A.J.'s storyline. "I spoke with Frank [Valentini, executive producer] and we mutually agreed that if I wasn't happy, and they could find a good way to write me out, that it was best to wrap it up," he explained. His first air date as Deacon is slated for June 13; he'll be seen on GH into April.
