After Daytime Confidential's Jamey Giddens tweeted that Roger Howarth was returning to ONE LIFE TO LIVE for four weeks, Howarth's reps confirmed to soapoperanetwork.com, that the actor will be part of the relaunched OLTL as Todd, after which he will return to GENERAL HOSPITAL. Howarth is under contract to ABC, but Prospect Park, the production company behind OLTL's revival, possesses the rights to his character, which it has licensed to ABC.
