David Faustino, of MARRIED WITH CHILDREN fame, will appear on Y&R on Tuesday, September 27 as Howard Green, the TV producer behind Genoa City’s GC BUZZ. Since Howard’s production company produces the local tabloid, expect his character to ruffle the feathers of a powerful Genoa City resident.
