Noah snapped at Fancy for invading his first day on the job as Esme’s chauffeur; Fancy told him she had no idea he was working, and turned it back on him, thinking he set their meeting up. The duo bickered until she stormed into the store to join her friend’s shopping spree. Though Esme was ready to purchase several clothing items, Fancy wasn’t in the mood to buy anything. Esme asked Noah to come into the shop. She then ask him to try on men’s pajamas that she wants to buy her friend. Fancy continued to hide the fact that she knows Noah, let alone has made love with him. Esme heavily flirted with Noah. Noah loaded up Esme’s purchases into the limo. Esme asked Noah to go to her suite with her. Fancy’s jealousy began to boil.
Tabitha told Kay to keep her guard up when it comes to Valerie. Fox came in and told Kay he needs to talk to her. Kay said she ran the virus scan and thinks someone set her up. But he was simply apologizing to her to jumping on her and being insensitive. Fox decided to take the rest of the day off. They decided to read a fairy tale to Endora, who zapped the couple into the book — and they turned into a cartoon! Tabs told Endora she chose the wrong story if she wanted a happy ending. Tabitha, Endora, Sam, Ivy and Father Lonigan joined them in the tale. While Princess Kay and Prince Foxworth exchanged vows, a shadow loomed over them. An evil dragon (Ivy) set fire on the altar. Fox told his bride not to go into the forest, but she had to in order to run from the dragon. He ran after her. Endora gave Fox a horse so he could save Kay. Kay realized the dragon was Ivy. The creature grabbed Kay, despite Endora’s efforts to stop Ivy.
Ivy looked through a photo album of Ethan’s pictures. Ivy blamed Theresa for Ethan’s condition, but Sam said it was an accident. Ethan’s parents got emotional over possibly losing their son. Sam took advantage of their second chance at true love and proposed to Ivy, who said “of course!”
In Eve’s office, Gwen asked the doc to give her the truth about Ethan’s test results. Theresa hid in the closet, anxiously waiting to hear what Eve had to say. Russell said they need to take another test, even though she previously said the current test results would be conclusive. Gwen demanded to know what was going on. Eve asked Ethan’s wife if he has a living will. Gwen assumed that meant he wasn’t getting better. Eve covered by saying she didn’t want to give Gwen false hope, and that the results are only conclusive to a point. Mrs. Winthrop still wanted to know what they said. Gwen grabbed the paperwork from Eve and realized it would take a miracle for Ethan to recover; he has no brain activity. Eve, trying to be an optimist, pointed out that the test might have completely different results today, as opposed to last night. Theresa exited the closet. Gwen yelled at her and told her to leave. Theresa reiterated that the poisoning was all an accident.
