Jesse Metcalfe (ex-Miguel, PASSIONS; ex-Christopher, DALLAS) popped the question to longtime girlfriend Cara Santana, who said yes.“It’s been a long time coming, but we couldn’t be happier,” Metcalfe, who presented her with a 5.5 carat stone while sailing on the Hudson River in New York City, told Us Weekly.
