Kevin and Kelly went to the hospital for tests related to the fertility procedure. When they told Paige that Spencer would be performing the surgery, she warned the couple that she isn’t sure it’s a good idea. Kevin tried to pry, but Paige apologized for saying anything and said she was out of place. After Paige walked away, Kelly convinced Kevin not to worry about what Paige said. She took him to the cemetery so she could talk to their son’s grave about their having another baby.
David came to the hospital and told Paige how Spencer threatened to tell the police he killed someone. Paige answered, “If you’re a killer, that means I am, too.” David first suggested that they kill Spencer, but when Paige refused to even consider it, David said they could somehow get to Spencer through Blair. He also warned her that Spencer has alluded to having another bomb to drop.
Dorian ran into a snooty socialite named “Bunny” at The Palace. Bunny was bragging about the lavish Caribbean vacation she’d just taken and warned Dorian about getting involved with younger men like David. Dorian tossed a glass of champagne all over Bunny’s designer dress. Later, Asa walked in and Dorian sat down with him. They shook hands and agreed to work as partners to get Spencer.
On the other side of the restaurant, Spencer and Blair sat down for a drink. They talked about Todd’s case. Spencer angered Blair when he suggested that she sit back and let the legal system work. After Blair stormed out, Ginger, who had been eavesdropping on their conversation, walked up to Spencer and said, “What’s wrong? She screwing up your plans to get her into bed?” Ginger told Spencer she cares about the Mannings and warned him to leave Blair along or else she would tell her everything he’s been up to. “And I do mean everything,” she hissed. “You know what I’m talking about.” Spencer grabbed Ginger’s arm and threatened her harshly. “If you go shooting your mouth off to Blair you’re life will take a very ugly, very sudden turn,” he seethed. Ginger ran off. Dorian and Asa saw the whole thing and decided Ginger could be their key to getting Spencer.
Clearly shaken, Ginger went outside and called Blair. She left a cryptic voice mail saying, “He’s not who you think he is.” Kevin and Kelly ran into her, and because she was so visibly upset, asked if she needed help. Ginger just sobbed and ran away. She bolted into the street and was struck by a car.
Starr visited Todd in prison. She asked him why he made her lie about Margaret being pregnant. He said he was protecting Blair and apologized. Starr told her father if he did kill Margaret that she knows he did it for his family. Todd teared up and told Starr he needs her to believe him when he says he didn’t kill Margaret. Starr said if he needs it, then she believes him.
Hugh subpoenaed Jackie, forcing him to come to his office to talk. Hugh asked Jackie about his dealings with Todd. Jackie denied ever talking with Todd until Hugh pulled out a huge stack of evidence proving that he met with Todd at least twice. Jackie fessed up and admitted that Todd hired him to “wack that crazy broad, Margaret Cochran.” Jackie told Hugh that when he refused to kill her, Todd told him that he’d find another way to get rid of Margaret. Just then Blair barged into Hugh’s office to hear Jackie say Todd wanted to pay him to kill Margaret. Jackie reminded Blair of the time she saw Todd talking with him at the Palace. Blair flashed back to that moment, but denied ever seeing it. Hugh said he would subpoena Blair to get the info, if he has to.
Blair went to Todd’s cell to tell him that she knows he tried to hire Jackie and never mentioned it. Blair said she’ll have to testify against Todd and say she saw him talking to Jackie. Todd asked if Blair would tell the truth on the stand if she is subpoenaed. She said she was furious that Todd keeps lying to her and walked out on him.
