Michael caught Natalie trying to escape the hospital on crutches. She told him she needed to go help John. Michael said it’s dumb for her to risk tearing her stitches to help John. He asked if it all has anything to do with her interrupting his wedding ceremony and missing the reception. Natalie lied that she realized that she still has feelings for John so she stayed behind at the church to tell him. Michael sensed there was more to it than that, but Spencer called him into surgery so he had to go. He told Natalie she can’t leave the hospital without his approval and then left. Viki came in to visit Natalie and told her that Duke, Kelly and Antonio all got hurt in the storm, but she didn’t tell her how severely Kelly and Duke were injured. She asked Natalie about John, and Nat said she thinks they’re back together. She said that she wanted to save John, and Viki was worried. Natalie said no, things were good. Viki told Natalie she was stubborn and urged her to do what the doctors tell her.
Bo asked John why he was taking a leave of absence and John told him he was taking care of some business related to his father. Bo asked who shot his father, but John wouldn’t answer. Bo then asked what John was going to do when he finds the guy, and John said, “I’ve just got to make sure that justice is served.” Bo told John he won’t try to stop him, but he did make him hand over his gun before he left. Bo told John he’s there for him if he needs anything, shook his hand and bid him farewell. John called Natalie to say he’s about to head for the airport for his 12:30 flight. Natalie made sure that John was wearing the St. Jude medal she gave him and wished him luck.
John sat on the airplane looking over a file when Natalie shocked him by hobbling up the aisle on crutches.
David went to an Internet café with Margaret to try to send out an e-mail, but the Internet was down. Margaret said sometimes the service is down for days in Thailand and that he just has to get used to it. She then pumped David for more information about her life, specifically about Todd and some of the things she did to him. She didn’t seem to recall anything. David also told her that he was going to get the goods on his brother so that he can’t hold anything over his head any more. The Internet came back up. David showed Margaret an article about how she and her unborn baby were killed. Denton spotted them from outside the café and pulled out a pistol.
Spencer prepared for surgery on Kelly while Kevin talked to a comatose Duke. He asked his son why he betrayed him. “I know I wasn’t a great dad, but I loved you and would’ve given you the world, and this is how you repay me,” Kevin whispered. “I mean, you’re the only son I will ever have. I hope it was worth it.” Clint walked in and Kevin told him that Duke stabbed him in the back. Still, after Clint left, Kevin begged Duke to hang in there.
Blair showed up at the hospital, and Dorian explained what had happened to Kelly. Dorian blamed Kevin. She then told Blair that Duke and Kelly had sex.
Spencer finished up surgery on Blair and asked the other doctors to prep Duke. He took a moment to rest and told Dorian and Blair that Kelly survived. Duke woke up for a moment and whispered “I’m sorry” to his father and then coded.
Todd dreamt that Blair got him released from prison. He told her to stay away from Spencer because he’s a killer. “What am I supposed to do, Todd, go back to you?” she asked him. “You’d never forgive me for the thing things I’ve done.” Todd answered back that he would forgive her, but she ran off. Then he dreamt that a pregnant, very evil looking Margaret zombie sat in the hallway outside his cell. He sat next to her and asked about what Spencer did, but she didn’t answer him. She just told him that he needs her, and then Todd woke up from the dream.
